How do I recover my password?
Follow this link or on the microhealth.org landing page, click on "forgot my password".
Then enter your email address and we'll email you a link that will allow you to reset your password.
How can I change my password?
In a desktop look for a dropdown on the top right of the page. In mobile open the left panel to go to your "Profile" settings page. Then click on "Password / Change Password". From there, you can enter your new password in the new password box. Then click on "update".
What does it mean to sign up as an individual?
An individual account does not have any children/dependents associated with the account. But you may still add dependents at any time after the individual account is created.
What does it mean to sign up as a family?
A family account includes children/dependents in the registration process. You have the ability to log for your dependents over text and you can also manage all of their health information from one account.
What does it mean to sign up as a professional?
Professional accounts are reserved for professionals in the industry, such as nurses, doctors, social workers, home care workers, etc. If the patient permits them, they may have access to their health log. But professionals do not have the ability of keeping personal logs.
How do I set up or change my medication?
Go to "Treatment" section from the link in the top header. Then choose the regimen and your medication in the medication dropdown.
How do I set up or change my community/condition?
Go to your "Profile" settings from the dropdown on the top right of the page. Then choose your community in the community dropdown.
How do I set up or change my treatment schedule and reminders?
Go to "Treatment" section from the link in the top header. Then define your treatment schedule from the treatment dropdown. From there it will lead you through the steps of defining your schedule/reminders.
How do I set up inhibitor information?
Go to "Treatment" section from the link in the top header. Then choose the "yes" option under "active inhibitor?". This opens up options to fill out ITI information and schedules as well as information on bleeding episodes.
How do I turn on / off inhibitor reminders?
Go to "Treatment" section from the link in the top header. Then choose the "yes" or "no" options under "active inhibitor?".
Change the frequency and the ability to receive reminders.
How do I change my infusions from on-demand to prophylaxis?
Go to "Treatment" section from the link in the top header. Then choose a treatment regimen from the "treatment" section or "None" to disable it.
How do I change my time zone information?
Go to your "Profile" settings from the dropdown on the top right of the page. In the Location section, you can change your time zone.
How do I change my cell phone number?
Go to your "Profile" settings from the dropdown on the top right of the page. Click on the "Notifications" button.
From there, you can enter a new cell phone number in the "cell number" box.
How can I change my email address?
Go to your "Profile" settings from the dropdown on the top right of the page. From there, you can enter in a new email address and then click on "update".
What is a Buddy phone?
A buddy phone will receive notifications every time the associated account logs an infusion, bleed, or skipped day.
Unlike the "main phone", a "buddy phone" does not receive infusion reminders.
How do I set up a buddy phone?
Go to your "Profile" settings from the dropdown on the top right of the page. Click on the "Notifications" button.
In the "Mobile Info" you can enter a "Cell Number" (main phone). Then you can "add Buddy phone".
How can I change the name associated with my account?
Go to your "Profile" settings from the dropdown on the top right of the page. From there, you can enter a new name in the "first and last name" box. Then just click on update.
How do I change my profile picture?
Go to your "Profile" settings from the dropdown on the top right of the page. Click on "Profile Picture / Edit". From there you can choose the picture you wish to use and click on "update picture".
Who has access to my information?
At MicroHealth, we are committed to respecting your privacy. You are the only person who has full access and control to your information.
The only people that have access to your treatment updates, bleeds and infusion log is the people you added to your Care Team.
To add one of your doctors or trusted contacts to your Care Team , go to the Care Team view and activate the "Allow Monitoring" switch for that person.
Private messages sent between two people are always kept private.
Other users cannot access my profile
You can set your profile as public or private. If you have set your profile to private you must set it public again.
Go to your "Profile" settings from the dropdown on the top right of the page. From here, set 'Account visibility' to On.

How do I add a prophy entry online?
Click on the "prophy" icon from your "Activity" page, enter the prophy information, and click update.
How do I add a bleed entry online?
Click on the "bleed" icon from your "Activity" page, enter the bleed information, and click update.
How do I add an ITI treatment online?
First you must set up inhibitor information (please read above "how do I set up inhibitor information). Then click on the ITI icon that appears on your "Activity" page. Enter ITI infusion information and click update.
How do I save a "skipped day" online?
Click on the "skipped day" icon from your "Activity" page and then choose the reason you skipped the day and click "update".
What is a "skipped day"?
A skipped day helps your healthcare provider know if you are staying compliant to your treatment regimen. If you don't log a skipped day it looks like you are not logging. But logging a skipped day actually helps the healthcare provider make better treatment recommendations.
How do I change the number of units I infused for a bleed online?
Click on the "bleed" icon from your profile page and then click on the units in the descriptive sentence. You can now edit the units.
How do I save lot numbers online and through text?
From both the bleed or prophy entry pages, there is an optional lot number entry box.
How do I save notes online?
From both the bleed or prophy entry pages, there is an optional lot number entry box. And you can save lot numbers by texting "notes + lot number.
How do I add pictures to a bleed online?
From both the bleed and prophy entry pages there is an "attach photo of bleed" box underneath the notes. Click on that and upload a picture from your computer.
How do I save the reason for a bleed online?
From the bleed entry page, click on "choose reason" from the descriptive sentence. Then choose the reason for the bleed.

What is my "Activity" used for?
The "Activity" is where all of your health information, conversations, and relevant content will appear. It is listed in order of time.
What is the "Calendar" view?
The "Calendar" view allows you to see everything that has been logged by looking at a monthly snapshot.
How can I edit an entry on my "Calendar"?
Click on any icon on the "Calendar" view to edit its information.
How can I export my logs to a PDF?
Go to "Treatment" section from the link in the top header. Then click on the button "Export PDF" on the right, define what you want exported, and click print.
How can I email my logs?
You can export your logs and email them to your doctor in a quick way.
Go to "Treatment" section from the link in the top header. Then click on the button "Export PDF" on the right and click on "Email Infusion Log".
Then, decide what information do you want to export and enter the recipient's email address.
Who has access to my information?

How do I add multiple children to my account?
If you do not have a family account already, scroll over the dropdown on the top right of the page and click on "Add Dependent".
From here, click on "Add Dependent". This will run you through setting up a dependent.
How do I update my child's information?
Switch to their account by scrolling over the name on the top right of the page and clicking on "Switch Account". Then select the dependent's name.
How do I change the community info for my child?
Switch to their account by scrolling over the name on the top right of the page and clicking on "Switch Account".
Once you selected the active account, go to "Profile" section (from the link in the top header) and update the child's information.
How do I change the medication info for my child?
Switch to their account by scrolling over the name on the top right of the page and clicking on "Switch Account".
Once you selected the active account, go to "Treatment" section from the link in the top header. Choose the regimen and medication in the medication dropdown.
How do I add inhibitor info for my child?
Switch to their account by scrolling over the name on the top right of the page and clicking on "Switch Account".
Once you selected the active account, go to "Treatment" section from the link in the top header.
From there, under active inhibitor, click on the "yes" option. All of the ITI and Bleed treatment options will unfold automatically.

How do I change the schedule and reminder info for my child?

From there you can change the schedule and reminders for that child.
How can I transition a dependent account to an independent account?

How can I log for a dependent profile?
Switch to their account by scrolling over the name on the top right of the page and clicking on "Switch Account".
Once on the dependent's profile page, you can log a "prophy" or "bleed" from the "Activity" section.

How do I find and add other people on MicroHealth?
Click on the "Care Team" section in the top bar and then choose "Search People" Here you can find people on MicroHealth and invite people to MicroHealth who have not joined yet.
Note that people that set their profile as private do not appear in the search results.
How do I see a profile from someone in my Care Team/Friend list?
Click on the "Care Team" section in the top bar and then choose the profile picture of the connection you want to see.
How do I send a private message to someone?
Click on the "Messages" section in the top bar. Then, select a recent contact or click "New Message" to define who you want to send the message to.
Can I send a private message to someone I'm not connected to?
Yes you can. You can send a private message to anyone on the system.
What are people able to see when we connect?
People outside of your care team DO NOT have access to your private information.
The people in your Care Team (such as friends, family or doctors) have access to your bleeds, infusion log and treatment updates.
To allow trusted contacts to see your health information, go to your Care Team, and turn on / off the "Allow Monitoring" settings for that particular person. The privacy settings can be changed at any moment, and only by you.
Even the people that can view your health log are not allowed to edit or add anything to it.
What will professionals see when we connect?
If you, at your own discretion, allow a Healthcare Professionals to see your infusion log he or she will be able to see your infusions, bleeds, skipped days and health notes.
You can turn on / off the "Allow Monitoring" settings for that particular person at any time.
How can I remove someone from my Care Team list?
Go to the Care team view and switch off the "Allow Monitoring" setting for that person.
How do I restrict someone from viewing my log?
The only way that someone can view your log is if you add them to your Care Team.
To restrict someone from viewing your log make sure the "Allow Monitoring" switch is turned OFF. Accesses to your log are configured individually for each of your contacts.
What can people see before we are connected through the care team?
The only thing they will see is your name and picture
If you want additional privacy, go to "Account" under "Settings" and set "Account Visibility" to Off. A private profile does not appear in searches and it is only accessible to your Contacts

What is the command I send MicroHealth in order to log via text?
You can text log to MicroHealth at any time in order to log.
How can I set up to receive reminders only via email or only via text?
Go to your "Profile" settings from the dropdown on the top right of the page. Click on "Notifications".
Under the "Channels" section choose how do you want to receive reminders.
Are there short cuts to writing @names via text?
Yes! If you don't want to write the entire name you can just write the first three letters and MicroHealth should recognize the name as long as another name in the account is not similar.
How can I log for multiple people using the @name?
Or if there are different entries for each individual, for each family member text the @name and the option number, followed by another @name and option number. You can write multiple entries in a single text. Ex: @john log
How can I cut down on the amount of text messages sent to my phone?
In the "Treatment" section you can activate reminders for each medication.
Go to "Profile" > "Channels" to change how do you want to receive reminders gloablly.
How can I log for all of my family in one text?
If everyone in the family account is logging a prophy for one day, you can simply text "@all" plus the option number and it will log the same entry for everyone. Or if there are different entries for each individual, for each family member text the @name and option, followed by another @name and option. You can write multiple entries in a single text.

What is the command I send MicroHealth in order to log via text?
You can text log to MicroHealth at any time in order to log.
Can I ask to send the text later? (LATER)
Yes you can. If you want the reminder to be sent later, just text the word later and it will be sent again 3 hours later. If you want to define how many hours later it comes, just text later <number> of hours later you want it sent. Example: later 6 equals send my reminder again in 6 hours.
How do I add notes via text? (NOTES)
To add notes at any time, just text notes followed by free text and it will be stored on MicroHealth.
What if I miss a day of medication? Can I get the text sent tomorrow? (TOMORROW)
Yes. All you have to do is send the word tomorrow and we will restart your reminders the next day. This option only works for accounts receiving reminders every 2 days, 3 days, 4 days, etc.
How can I stop receiving text messages? (PAUSE)
If you want to turn off all text messages, simply text the word pause at any time and you will receive reminders in your email. To disable reminders completely, go to settings online and disable them in "Settings > Mobile Info > Reminders"
How can I get help/info via text? (INFO)
Text the word info to MicroHealth and you will be able to get information on alerts, defaults, logging actions, technical contact info, feedback contact info, and more information on family accounts.
How can I undo an entry that I messed up on? (UNDO)
To undo an incorrect text entry just text MicroHealth the word undo. It's that easy. Or you can change your entries at any time online.
How can I enter the lot number via text? (NOTES)
To enter lot numbers, write notes followed by the lot number. It will be stored online to refer to in the future if any recalls occur.
What happens if I text the word stop or quit?
"Stop and quit are words that will automatically stop all messages from MicroHealth. The only way to turn back on the messages is by texting start to MicroHealth.
What happens if I text the word help?
Texting help will send you information on how to opt-out of MicroHealth's text message services. It will not send you information on how to use MicroHealth. The only way to get information on how to use MicroHealth is by texting the word info.
How can I save the vial lot number when logging infusions via text?
The system recognizes lot numbers included after the number sign "#". Ex 1 #<lot number> or 1 #123144141, 787097F.
Use the shorthand #last to log the same lots included in the last infusion. Ex: 1#last
